E- Coating

Our advanced anti-corrosion surface coating allows our bare brake shoe to withstand 200-500 hours of salt spray testing

Journal-ends

The CAM and ANC ends are broached with a semi automatic milling machine to ensure a high precision fit. Journal-ends are also heat treated for brake shoe durability.

Welding

Our welding is performed by automatic robotic machines that can be programmed for spot or full welds based on brake shoe configuration.
